On the Device Services tab, click Clean the Print Cartridgesthen follow the on-screen instructions. Select offkcejet desired files and a list of links will be sent by email.

Either let the cartridge sit for five minutes or use a new swab to dry the h areas before you reinsert the cartridges. If you are sure you did, go to the next step.

If you are removing a cartridge from the printer temporarily for instance, removing the black cartridge in order to install the photo cartridgeput it in a cartridge protector.
Follow the procedure below to clean the area around the cartridge’s nozzles ONLY if you have streaks or smudges in your printed output and you have already performed all three officdjet levels in the Clean Print Cartridges utility.
